How do I order on-line?
- Click on 'Apply to access trade only section here' in the left hand column.
- Complete all Contact Details (all fields with an * are required).
Please note your Email address will be your username when logging in
- Tick whether you would like the Email in HTML or Plain text.
- Complete Company Information.
- Click 'Continue'.
- Tick all the products you 'stock', 'plan to stock' and 'don't stock'.
- Tick 'How you would describe your business'.
- Tick which email blast you would like to receive.
- How did you hear about us?
- Any comments you have.
- Click 'Send Application'.
- Interactive Ideas will then send a 'Confirmation Email' to your email address to verify your email. Click the link to Verify and then Interactive Ideas can approve your account.
I have forgotten my on-line password?
Simply contact your account manager or call 020 8805 1000 and ask for Nia Campbell, Marketing Co-ordinator who will reset your password.
How do I search for a product or particular vendor?
We have set up a number of ways to make it easier for you to view products by particular vendors.
- You can do an 'Advance search' and choose a vendor/manufacturer, category or use a Key Word to find products of interest.
- You can click on our 'Software' 'Gaming' or 'Peripheral' pages and choose the vendor of your choice.
If I have an on-line ordering account is there more forms I need to fill in?
Yes, once you have placed an order online you will be assigned an Account Manager who will contact you for payment details. You will only need to fill in these basic forms on your first order.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, £100 is our minimum order value.
Do you Drop ship?
Yes we can deliver straight to your customers with clear labels, but minimum order is £100.
Do you Forward ship?
Yes if the delivery address is different to the order/payment address we will deliver and include a delivery note.
