It uses the latest interactive techniques to teach further everyday words and dialogue from “I’d like to pay by credit card” to “This is very expensive, can I have a discount?” This disc teaches you the essential phrases you’ll need: starting with the alphabet, it also covers greetings, shops, restaurants, getting around, hotels, phone calls, emergencies, leisure and the basic vocabulary of business and technology.
It’s simple to use, with no installation required – the program runs straight from the CD, and is compatible with the latest versions of Mac and Windows. It features over 70 minutes of video footage of all the phrases and dialogues spoken by native speakers. The speech recording feature then allows you to record your voice and compare it with the native speakers. Quiz yourself and test what you've learnt – earn points and monitor your progress. You can learn at your computer or use the printable glossary and phrasebook.
Talk More includes a full ‘Where on Earth?’ Geography game – How well do you know your geography? Learn and test yourself on the locations of countries, cities, landmarks and natural wonders in this simple but very informative game.
