Michael founded the company in May 1994. He has a B.Sc. in Economics and an M.BA. In 2001 he was named a Future Entrepreneur of the year by Enterprise Magazine. Prior to starting Interactive, Michael worked in the City for 10 years where he was International Sales Director for a division of a Fortune 100 company.

Grahame joined Interactive weeks after it was established. He brought 27 years experience of accounting and logistics from the freight industry. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Freight Forwarders. Prior to joining Interactive He was Managing Director of Hogg Robinson Freight, a Division of a substantial public company.
