Placement of a purchase order on Interactive Ideas Ltd., will constitute acceptance of these terms. |

| The supply of Professional Services to clients by Interactive Ideas Ltd., to its clients is subject to acceptance of its standard Professional Services Agreement of which is available for online review or download here. Placement of a purchase order on Interactive Ideas Ltd., will constitute acceptance of these terms and of any Schedule of Work referred to in such purchase order. | |
