Interactive Ideas join top 2 % of companies investing in People
Investor in People accolade acknowledges the investment made in staff development
Enfield, London, 14th April 2010, Interactive Ideas, one of the UK’s leading value-added software and technology distributors, has been awarded the Investor in People Standard with the Silver recognition level, joining only 2% of the 40,000 plus organisations in the UK that have demonstrated a commitment to their people above the standard criteria.
The Investors in People Standard provides a framework for improving business performance and competitiveness through good practice in human resource development. Investors in People’s aim is to help employers across the UK to develop their businesses by making the most of their most valuable asset – their people.
